$5 "Local Days" for Sevier and Cocke County Residents

GATLINBURG, Tenn. – Gatlinburg SkyPark is thanking its local community with a special three-day appreciation event, offering Sevier County and Cocke County residents exclusive access to the park's iconic mountaintop attractions for just $5.
From January 9-11, 2026, locals can present a valid ID showing residency in Sevier or Cocke County to enjoy dramatic panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains, walk across North America's longest pedestrian suspension bridge, enjoy a Smash Burger, and experience the beauty of the Smokies from 1,800 feet above downtown Gatlinburg.
"Our local community is the heart of everything we do here at Gatlinburg SkyPark," said Randy Watson, General Manager.
"Local Days is our way of saying thank you to the neighbors who support us year-round. We want everyone in Sevier and Cocke Counties to have the opportunity to experience the incredible views and attractions right in their own backyard."
The $5 special admission includes access to the iconic SkyLift chairlift, the 680-foot SkyBridge with its glass-floor panels, and the SkyTrail hiking system. Regular admission prices will resume on January 12.
